Last august I was the victum of an illegal lockout and my collection of flys that took 28 years to tie, my two vises and most of my materials , rods and reels vanished. To the local police this is just fishing stuff, and to date nothing has been done. I was laid off recently and just need to vent. I wish I could be tying right now.
Damn, this post showed up in the header as "All my flies and materials..." and in my head I knew it was going to finish "were stolen."
That sucks man. I feel bad for ya. I had a couple of tackle bags stolen out of my vehicle about five years ago. I probably lost a good three hundred dollars worth of lures and such I had bought over a good ten year period.
I also lost four extra spools I had just bought for my inshore tournament Penn 260/360 Slammers. Those suckers are like 45 bucks a pop.
That shiat pissed me off real good.

That sucks!!! I know you said that you were laid off and money is probably real tight right now but if you need to order any replacement material I would be more than happy to get it for you at my wholesale cost.

Also send me your address by PM and I will send you some materials I have that I won't use since I don't make jigs anymore and it will help you get back in the game
Damn what a sh!ty blow! What kind of rotten person would swipe your flies. I bet it is someone who knows you. My heart goes out to you. If my gear was stolen I would be sunk. There is no way to go out and replace the tackle you have built up over the years. All the best to you!
I am sending you a package out monday. I had to find the stuff since it was packed away. Mostly it is bucktails and firrerent hairs and some flash stuff. hope it helps out!!!
I found the box with your stuff in it mixed in with some boxes I had received. My guy never saw it with the note with shipping info on it which explains why I could not track it. I will probably have to ship some things tomorrow so it will go out then.
