paddled into the bay about an hour before dark last night, i cast net some finger mullet on the way..i anchored on a likely spot on the channel..
i caught 4 fish the first was a dink trout
the second fish was a murderous puffer fish, it ate a norton sand eel and destroyed it, when i unhooked it it tried to bite my finger off..

Attack of the Killer Puffer Fish VIDEO lol
i put a finger mullet back out in the channel, after a few minutes i could tell something picked it up, i reeled down and set the hook..it started making huge head shakes..it ended up being a 27inch trout, i was so excited i had a hard time reading my fish tape right..i hooked it deep, but it swam away strong and happy to be alive..i finally broke my personal best on trout!
